Artificial intelligence, despite still being a developing technology, can be considered an inevitability in law, as it is any other field. Described Germany part of 4th Industrial Revolution, confirms no battle against evolution would fruitful. Nevertheless, given AI certainty the future applications should debated. The objective here to exam Law Brazil and United States America, evaluate its use resolve conflicts outside Judicial System, instead through Justice. With assistance comparative deductive methods Cartesian doubt process data, main conclusion that more useful for simple repetitive litigation, could deliver benefits dispute resolution with smart technologies, resulting on Smart Dispute Resolution alternative.
